We offer a full refund on all the unused items that are returned to Box-n-Go in the original packaging and in sale ready condition. The packing kits or bundles must be returned complete, no partials.
Billing
How and when should I pay?
Box-n-Go moving service is provided on a flat fee basis. As such we collect a down payment of $500 when the empty containers are delivered to you and the balance is collected when your containers are in transit to the destination terminal.
Payments can be made by one of the following methods: cash, money order or cashier’s check, the American Express® Card, Discover sm Card, Visa® or MasterCard® (unless other billing arrangements have been made). Personal checks are not accepted.
What do I need to do to close my account?
Simply contact us to set up the date when you will be moving out.
If you would like to schedule a delivery of your unit to your new address, tell us your delivery ZIP code, the approximate date you’d like to schedule delivery and bring your account current. We need several days notice to schedule the redelivery, so please make sure to call in advance.
What if I am done storing mid-month do you prorate for unused days?
We do not offer proration, so plan your move out accordingly Accounts set up for the discounted term rates and specials will be audited for fulfillment of such the terms and conditions.
If I cancel the order is there a cancellation fee?
As long as you cancel your order at least 1 business day in advance of your scheduled delivery, there is no cancellation penalties. If you change your mind and cancel your order past the above deadline, the delivery charges may apply.
If I use automatic payment, can I also receive a monthly statement?
Yes. Just let us know that this is what you prefer and we will e-mail you your statement every month. If you would like a hard copy mailed to you, we can do that as well, however, this service is subject to invoice mailing/processing fee.
