AGREEMENT ADDENDUM – UNATTENDED DELIVERY AUTHORIZATION



In the effort to minimize the spread of Covid-19 and to provide safe, no-contact delivery of Box-n-Go storage containers and services, Box-n-Go, LLC (hereinafter “Box-n-Go”) offers Unattended Delivery when the customer is not required to be present.

When Customer requests Box-n-Go to perform the delivery of container(s) without customer being on location to receive them (or when such service is provided as a part of discounted student storage package), Box-n-Go requires the Customer to Agree to the below Terms and Conditions for such delivery.

Please note that unit(s) placed on private property require specific permission from the property owner/management, including some specific placement assignments. Should you not obtain such permission and request Box-n-Go to place the unit(s) at such locations, the property owner/management may request Box-n-Go to pick up/re-position those unit(s). Any additional pick up/re-positioning will be charged to Customer’s account at the current delivery fee schedule.

DRIVEWAY/LAWN DAMAGE WAIVER. By placing their initials herein Customers signify their understanding and agreement to the provisions below are applicable when Box-n-Go containers are placed on Customer’s property. Customer authorizes Box-n-Go delivery personnel to enter the Customer's property and drive the container delivery vehicle and or place Box-n-Go containers on Customer's property including driveway, lawn, back or side yard or any other portion of the property. Customer hereby understands that while Box-n-Go personnel will take all normal precautions while moving and placing the Box-n-Go containers, Customer will assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard, lawn or other portion of the property. Customer further agrees to repair or replace any and all paving and any other surface improvements, landscaping and vegetation that may be damaged by the Box-n-Go container(s) or delivery vehicle. Please note that a minimum clearance of 96" wide and 100" high is required to accommodate the delivery vehicle.

Terms and Conditions

As a condition to the Box-n-Go’s agreement to perform the above delivery, the Customer agrees as follows:
1. The Customer releases Box-n-Go from any liability for (1) any loss, theft, or damage to the personal property, (2) any personal injury occurring in connection with the delivery of Customer’s storage unit(s). The Customer releases Box-n-Go from any claims, demands, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) for any damages, including those arising from the active or passive acts, omissions or negligence of the Box-n-Go or Box-n-Go’s employees or agents. 2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Box-n-Go harmless from any claims, demands, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) for any such damages brought by third party. 3. Customer expressly acknowledges that the placement of the Customer’s unit(s) may differ from customer’s instructions and will be based on the actual space availability and other conditions at the time of delivery such as parking restrictions, anti-gridlock restrictions, etc. Should the Customer need further assistance with the unit(s) after placement, including the relocation, padlock cutting or door opening assistance, additional fees may apply. 4. Customer expressly acknowledges their understanding that unit(s) placed on private property require specific permission from the property owner/management. Should the Customer not obtain such permission and request Box-n-Go to place the unit(s) at such locations, the property owner/management may request Box-n-Go to pick up/re-position those unit(s). Any additional pick up/re-positioning will be charged to Customer’s account at the current delivery fee schedule. 5. The Customer expressly acknowledges that this Unattended Delivery Authorization is solely for the purpose of inducing Box-n-Go to provide certain accommodations to the Customer in connection with the delivery of Customer’s storage unit(s) to the Customer, and that Box-n-Go would not agree to make such accommodations without the Customer’s execution of this Authorization. 6. The Non-Negotiable Moving and Storage Services Agreement signed by the Customer and all provisions of that Agreement are incorporated herein by reference. The provisions of the Non-Negotiable Moving and Storage Services Agreement shall govern and no provisions of Non-Negotiable Moving and Storage Services Agreement shall be waived by the operation of this present Authorization.

By executing this addendum Customer acknowledges that this addendum is an integral part of the Non-Negotiable Storage & Moving Services Agreement as originally signed by the Customer (or their authorized representative). Customer hereby authorizes Box-n-Go to deliver and place their storage unit(s), at Box-n-Go’s full discretion and without Customer’s presence at the time of delivery.
