Box-n-Go Delivery Service Hours

Box-n-Go delivers storage containers to customers based on a predetermined schedule (advanced reservations are required). Standard deliveries are from 8 am to 5 pm. Customer presence is not required. In cases, when customer wishes to receive the delivery in-person, we have three 3-hour delivery windows that may be available on any day we are open for business: 8 to 11 am, 11 am to 2 pm, 2 to 5 pm.

Storage unit(s) pick up time slots are not scheduled and may occur any time between 8 am and 5 pm on the day of the pick up. Customer presence is not required for pick up.

• All deliveries are subject to standard delivery fees based on the delivery zip code.
• Deliveries outside the standard business hours may be available at a premium cost.
• Deliveries/pick ups may not be available during the holidays (see holiday schedule).

Box-n-Go Warehouse Hours

All Box-n-Go customers are provided with a convenient ground level facility access to their stored belongings. The access is available by appointment. The access hours are as follow

Access may be limited or not available during the holidays (see holiday schedule).

When you know that you need to access your stored belongings just call us to schedule your appointment or do it online. Please schedule your access appointments in advance. Next day appointments must be placed by noon of the day prior. When planning your access at the facility please keep in mind that your units can be made available to you as early as 9 am and you must be done accessing your units by our warehouse closing time. We will pull your unit(s) and set them down on the ground in the access area, so that you can drive right up to them.

Please note that if you can’t make it please let us know. Access cancelled within less than 24-hours will incur cancellation fees.

Please leave the access area clean and free of any debris or discarded items. Your account will be charged for any unauthorized trash left behind. Please no unauthorized use of dumpsters.

Should you need to move at facility, the service works similarly to facility access, however additional fees will apply per terms of your agreement.
