All Box-n-Go customers have easy and convenient ways to access their belongings. The simplest way to get to your items is to schedule a return delivery of your units. We deliver practically anyplace in Southern California. Once we deliver your units to you, we will place them on the ground where it is the most convenient for you to access your belongings.
On top of that, should you need any boxes or help with your padlock while you are accessing your unit, we are here to help. We have a full complement of packing supplies available and can even cut your padlock for you, should you lose your key.
Access to Stored Belongings
All Box-n-Go customers have a convenient drive up ground level access to their stored belongings.
Box-n-Go Storage Service is centered around our customer’s needs. We understand that access to stored belongings is essential. This is why we offer an easy ground level drive up access to your stored items. This access is by appointment only. If you need access for the next business day, please place your appointment by noon! If you need to cancel your access, please let us know that you cannot make it at least 24 hrs ahead of time, otherwise your account will incur cancellation charges.
When planning your access at the facility please keep in mind that your units can be made available to you as early as 10 am and you must be done accessing your units by our warehouse closing time – business hours.
When you know that you need to access your stored belongings just call us to set your access appointment. We will pull your unit(s) and set them down on the ground in the access area, so that you can drive right up to them. No elevators to take, no narrow corridors to follow to your unit. Drive up access convenience combined with indoor high security storage.
On top of that, should you need any boxes or help with your padlock while you are accessing your unit, we are here to help. We have a full complement of packing supplies available on site and can even cut your padlock for you, should you lose your key.
Please leave the access area clean and free of any debris or discarded items. Your account will be charged for any unauthorized trash left behind. Please no unauthorized use of dumpsters.

Access to stored belongings at customer’s home.
If you would like to access your stored belongings and do not want to come to the facility, we can deliver your units to you (subject to delivery fee). This delivery service must be scheduled at least 7 to 10 days in advance (subject to availability). The delivery charges are based on the delivery zip code. You can find out the delivery costs here on our website. Just enter your zip code and look for the delivery price.
Once we deliver your units to you, we will set them on the ground per your instructions and come back to pick your units up a few days later, when you are done.
When you know that you need to access your stored belongings just call us and schedule the delivery to you. Should you need any boxes or a hand truck to rent we will be more than happy to bring that with your unit(s). Just let us know what you need. We have a full complement of the packing supplies available.
Facility Access Appointment Cancellation
Box-n-Go provides it’s customers with an easy ground level drive up access to their stored belongings. Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your access, we request that you do that at least 24 business hours in advance. Simply call us at 877-269-6461 and we will accommodate your cancellation request.
All “no shows” are subject to the same cancellation fee. Same day appointments cannot be cancelled.

Home Access Redelivery Cancellation
Box-n-Go Delivery/Pick Up Re-Scheduling/Cancellation Policy
At Box-n-Go we understand that circumstances and your schedule may change, often without warning, and people have to adjust accordingly.
Once you have scheduled delivery, you can cancel or re-schedule this delivery at no cost up until 2 pm one (1) business day prior to the day of scheduled delivery or a cancellation fee may be charged. Simply call us at 877-269-6461 (e-mail and/or voicemail notifications cannot be accepted) and we will accommodate your cancellation/re-scheduling request. Re-scheduling the delivery will be subject to availability. The deliveries cancelled on a shorter notice are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of published rate, currently $50/unit (7.14.22) in addition to the applicable delivery fee, if the subject delivery has already occurred or the truck is already in-route.
