Why you want to work here

Our services are delivered to customers within the Southern California area, and we provide outbound moves to most anywhere in the United States. We pride ourselves on a few things:

Our people — our best assets. Although we are a small group, we are very diverse, employing people from all backgrounds and nationalities. This helps us maintain a proper perspective on life and on the services we provide.

Cross-functional by design. Everybody is trained to do most everything. Office staff understand warehouse work, warehouse staff work directly with customers, and field staff know the office side because they’ve covered it. The flexibility comes from training across roles rather than confining people to a single job description.

Long-term employees, low turnover. Most of our people stay with us for years. Some have been here since the very beginning — seventeen years and counting. Steady tenure means institutional knowledge stays in the building, and new hires learn from people who have actually done the work.

Our customer service commitment. Not only do we strive to make sure every customer is happy, we offer a growing range of services to match any need. Every employee tries their absolute best to treat each customer the way they would want to be treated themselves.

Why you want to work here. There is something special about building a company from the ground up. Together we are on a journey of building a new kind of moving and storage company. We do not always succeed. However, we do learn from our mistakes and make the adjustments needed to do better each time. Working for Box-n-Go means meaningful and challenging work, with constant opportunities to learn, develop new skills, or polish existing ones. We expect each member of our team to contribute, deliver fresh ideas, and think for themselves regardless of the position. We value everyone’s perspective and contributions. We look for everyone to be pragmatic, have a commercial mindset, and stay focused on customer service.
