Can I access my Box-n-Go containers while they are in storage?
Of course! We understand that sometimes you put things in storage that you may need to access. This is why we offer FREE warehouse access to our customers. We just ask that you schedule an access appointment so that you don’t have to wait for us to retrieve your box. We’ll position your containers in a convenient and safe place for easy and drive-up access. Please note that your account must be current. Also, only a customer or a customer’s authorized agent may access the container. Please, do not forget your keys. When you are done, we will place your storage unit back inside our secure storage warehouse.
If you want your unit(s) brought back to your house for home access, please schedule the re-delivery. The fee for this service is based on your location zip code.
