In some cases, where we incur additional costs, there will be additional charges and fees. For example, when our crew has to wait while you finish packing your belongings. These fees can usually be avoided if you plan ahead of time. Most importantly, make sure you are in your room during your scheduled delivery time. Additional fees are applicable for over the weight limit items (50 lbs) and on-demand delivery/pick up scheduling.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very easy! Enter your zip code on www.boxngo.com. Once you see the student services we offer, select the one that works for you. Click “Get Started” and a free online account will be created for you if you are a first-time customer, or log into the existing one. Then simply follow the prompts.

Can I cancel my service?
Yes. You can cancel your order any time, however, depending on when you do, there may be additional fees that apply. For example, if you cancel on the day of scheduled pick up or delivery, standard on-demand delivery fees for your address will apply. Also, please note that the packing kits and other materials purchased must be returned to us unused in order for us to provide a refund.
