Whenever you want, however, keep in mind: scheduling pick-ups and re-deliveries is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you order, the more likely you are to get your preferred date and time.

What if one of my items is lost or damaged?
In the highly unlikely event that one of your items may be damaged, please contact us right away so that we can take care of it immediately. We will send a claim forms and instructions and may have a Box-n-Go representative come and take a look. Before filing a claim, please review our terms and conditions.
