How do I properly pack my belongings for storage?
We will provide you with packaging instructions when you sign up. You can also view several instructional videos posted on our website. We also want you to securely tape all boxes (especially the bottoms) as well as plastic containers. If you store computers or electronic items, be sure to use the original packaging if you have it. We sell packing material if you need it. Packaging material is extremely important for the safe storage of electronics.

That is OK. We understand that your storage needs can change. We will accommodate the change and update your inventory accordingly. You are ONLY charged for the items you store.

Can I store an item that cannot fit in a box or is not on the list of items?
Yes! We will accommodate all your moving and storage needs. Just let us know ahead of time what you have. Upon arrival, we will label all items you have and register them for you.

Will you have extra boxes when you come to my room?
Yes, we will have extra boxes, just in case, and we can even help you pack for an additional fee.

How will I know the movers have arrived at my dorm?
When the movers arrive, you will receive a text message and/or a call letting you know they are outside your dorm/apartment. In most cases you will need to meet the movers and escort them up to your room.
