Box-n-Go, LLC (“Box-n-Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information through our websites and related digital properties. We do not sell your personal information. We collect and use information only as reasonably necessary to operate our websites, support visitors and customers, maintain security, prevent fraud, conduct permitted marketing, and comply with legal obligations. Box-n-Go, LLC is the sole owner of the personal information collected from you through our websites and digital properties. By using our websites or ordering our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

2. Intended Audience and Jurisdiction

Box-n-Go’s services are intended for users located in the United States. We do not actively market or target our services to individuals outside the United States, and we operate primarily under U.S. and California law.

We do not intend to collect or process personal information in a manner that subjects Box-n-Go to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), United Kingdom GDPR, the Brazilian LGPD, or similar non-U.S. privacy frameworks. If such laws are determined to apply in a specific circumstance, we will comply to the extent required by applicable law. Box-n-Go has not appointed an EU or UK representative or a Data Protection Officer.

3. Who We Are

Box-n-Go, LLC dba Box-n-Go, Box-n-Go Storage & Moving, Box-n-Go U is a California limited liability company. Moving and loading services available through this site are provided by Flat Fee Movers, Inc. (Cal T 0191190), under separate agreements that have their own terms.

4. Scope

This Policy applies to www.boxngo.com and all other websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and digital properties operated by or on behalf of Box-n-Go, LLC, including those operated under its dba names. This Policy governs information collected through your use of our websites and digital properties only. Information collected in connection with service delivery (including service contracts, in-person interactions, and operational communications) is governed by the applicable service contract.

5. Information We Collect Through Our Websites

Through your use of our websites and digital properties, and through related interactions, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact information you voluntarily submit through quote requests, contact forms, account registration, payment applications, exit-intent forms, and similar site features (such as name, email, phone number, and address).
  • Information you subsequently provide to us orally, in writing, or through the Internet.
  • Information about your transactions and communications with us.
  • Internet activity information automatically collected through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, device information, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and related technical data.
  • Information received from credit bureaus where applicable for transaction processing or fraud prevention.
  • Information from public records accessed in the ordinary course of business.
  • Information received from third-party identity resolution providers as described in Section 9.

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary for operating our websites, supporting visitors, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or permitted marketing.

6. Information We Don’t Collect

We do not collect the following categories of personal information through our websites or in the ordinary course of business:

  • Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, or similar government-issued numbers.
  • Bank account credentials, online banking login information, or similar financial account credentials. Payment card information submitted through our site is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and is not retained on our systems beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
  • Biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, facial recognition data, voiceprints, or retinal scans.
  • Precise geolocation data (location data accurate to within fifty feet) from your device.
  • Health, medical, mental health, or genetic information.
  • Information about sexual orientation, gender identity, or sexual behavior.
  • Religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in a religious organization.
  • Political beliefs, political party affiliation, or membership in a political organization.
  • Information from connected devices, smart-home systems, voice assistants, or other Internet-of-Things sensors.
  • Personal information purchased or licensed from third-party data brokers for marketing purposes. (Our use of identity resolution technology, described in Section 9, matches your activity against third-party identity databases only with your consent and is a separate practice.)

If a service interaction requires information outside the categories listed in Section 5 (for example, certain regulatory or insurance-related requirements), we will tell you what is needed and why before collecting it.

7. How We Use Information

We use website-collected information to operate our websites, respond to inquiries submitted through our forms, follow up regarding requests, manage online accounts, maintain security, prevent fraud, support analytics and advertising, conduct permitted marketing, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Children and Minors

Our websites are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent (consistent with COPPA), and we do not knowingly target marketing communications to minors under 18 in violation of California Business and Professions Code Section 22580 or similar laws.

California Eraser Right: Under California Business and Professions Code Section 22581, a registered user of our site who is under 18 and a California resident may request removal of content or information that the minor has posted on the site. To submit such a request, see Section 15.

9. Identity Resolution and Visitor Identification

With your consent, we may use identity resolution technology that matches your activity on our website against third-party identity databases to identify you and obtain associated contact information (such as your name, email address, and phone number). This technology relies on cookies and similar tracking technologies and operates only when you have consented to non-essential cookies through our cookie consent tool.

Where you have been identified through this technology, we may use the resolved contact information to send follow-up communications about our services, including by email, telephone, and text message. Follow-up communications may include automated or AI-assisted outreach across these channels. AI-assisted outreach tools are assistive only and do not override consent withdrawal or opt-out requests, which we honor across all channels.

You may opt out of identity resolution at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences, transmitting a Global Privacy Control signal, or contacting us through any of the channels in Section 15. If you opt out, we will stop using identity resolution technology for your browser and will not use any previously resolved identity for further marketing communications.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies provided by third-party analytics, advertising, and identity resolution providers (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and others). Necessary technologies are always active. Analytics, advertising, and identity resolution technologies are used based on user preferences and applicable consent requirements. 11. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or disclose personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may receive personal information from third-party identity resolution providers as described in Section 9.

We may share information only as follows: at your request; to process or service a transaction or product authorized or requested by you; when required by law to disclose information to appropriate authorities; with companies that assist us in marketing our products and services; and as otherwise allowable by law, including with service providers and data processors such as credit bureaus, payment processors, printers, shipping providers, advertising and analytics partners, identity resolution providers, and third-party service providers such as Flat Fee Movers, Inc., as necessary to operate our business, fulfill services, process transactions, maintain security, support advertising and analytics, or comply with law.

12. International Data Transfers

All personal information collected by Box-n-Go is processed and stored in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary for business operations, service delivery, account management, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and recordkeeping. If you become an inactive customer, Box-n-Go, LLC will continue to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to the information we have in our possession about you and your account(s).

14. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to access and delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (Shine the Light), California residents who have an established business relationship with Box-n-Go, LLC may request, once per calendar year, certain information about the types of personal information shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and the identities of those third parties. Requests are subject to verification and legal limitations. See Section 15 for how to submit a request.

15. How to Submit Privacy Requests

You may submit privacy requests (including CCPA/CPRA requests, Shine the Light requests, California Eraser requests, identity resolution opt-outs, and questions about this Policy) through any of the following channels:

Where possible, users should also use automated tools such as unsubscribe links and cookie preference settings. We may verify your identity before processing requests and may limit or deny requests where permitted by law.

16. Security and Incident Response

We use reasonable physical, electronic, administrative, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information. Our safeguards are designed to comply with applicable Federal standards. Box-n-Go, LLC restricts access to personal and financial information to employees who need it to perform their job duties, and employees with access to your information are required to maintain the confidentiality of all customer information. The computers and servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We routinely test our information systems and websites to help prevent unauthorized access.

We maintain a comprehensive incident response plan designed to detect, contain, investigate, and respond to security incidents involving personal information. Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators within statutory timeframes.

Where the Site accepts payment information, we use industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL or equivalent) to protect transmission of payment data. If you prefer not to submit payment information online, you may call 877-269-6461 to speak with a representative.

17. Communications

We may contact you regarding inquiries you submit through our site, your online account, or important changes to this Policy. Promotional communications are sent only to users who have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us through any of the channels in Section 15.

18. Accessibility

If you experience difficulty using the website, you may contact us by phone. Services can be arranged without using the website.

19. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time to comply with applicable laws or to conform to our current business practices. If we modify this Policy, we will post the changes on our website. We encourage you to revisit this Privacy Policy periodically to check for updates. Continued use of our websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
