Office hours
Our office is where customer questions, reservations, and general support get handled. Call us at 877-269-6461 or send a contact form during office hours and you’ll reach a person on our team. Outside these hours, email and the contact form still work — we just respond on the next business day.

Delivery hours
Delivery hours are when our drivers are out making container drop-offs and pickups. Deliveries run on a pre-scheduled basis — reservations are required and we book delivery slots in advance.
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific
Sunday: Closed
Standard deliveries happen anytime within these hours; you don’t need to be present. If you want to be there when your container arrives or gets picked up, we offer three 4-hour windows on any business day: 8 AM–12 PM, 11 AM–3 PM, or 1 PM–5 PM. Pick the one that fits your schedule when you book.
A few things worth knowing:
- Standard delivery fees apply based on your ZIP code.
- Deliveries outside standard business hours are sometimes available for a premium.
- Deliveries and pickups may be limited or unavailable on holidays — see the holiday schedule below.

Access hours
Access hours are when you can visit our warehouse to retrieve items from your stored container. All access is by appointment — call 877-269-6461 or schedule online through My Account. Next-day appointments need to be booked by noon the day before.

When you arrive, we pull your container and set it on the ground in the access area so you can drive right up to it. Containers can be ready for you as early as 10 AM; you’ll need to wrap up by closing time.
A few notes on access:
- If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know. Access cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a cancellation fee.
- Please leave the access area clean — no debris or discarded items. Unauthorized trash left behind is charged to your account.
- Need to move out of the warehouse entirely? The process works similarly to access; additional fees apply per your agreement.
- Holiday access may be limited or unavailable — see below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are office, delivery, and access hours different?
They cover different operations. The office is where the customer-facing team takes calls and emails. Delivery is when our drivers are out moving containers between your location and the warehouse. Access is when you can visit the warehouse by appointment to retrieve items. Each runs on its own schedule because each involves different staff and equipment.
Do I need to be home for a delivery?
No. Standard deliveries happen anytime during delivery hours without you needing to be present. If you’d rather be there — to direct placement, take photos, or just see the process — we offer three 4-hour windows on any business day. Pick one when you book.
How far in advance do I need to schedule access?
Next-day appointments need to be booked by noon the day before. For weekends or during busy periods, more lead time helps us route you efficiently. Same-day access isn’t usually available.
What if my delivery date falls on a holiday?
Check the holiday table above. If your date falls on a closed holiday, we’ll reach out to reschedule. If your date falls on a reduced-hours holiday, we’ll work within those hours and let you know.
Can I reach someone outside office hours?
Phone calls outside office hours go to voicemail and get returned on the next business day. Email to sales@boxngo.com works the same way. For account-specific needs, My Account is available 24/7.
