Our warehouse is centrally located in Commerce, just off the 5 freeway between downtown Los Angeles and East LA. Visitor parking is available; for deliveries or larger arrivals, please call ahead so we can route you to the right loading area.

Making sure our emails reach you

We send emails from two addresses: sales@boxngo.com for direct correspondence and donot-reply@boxngo.com for system notifications (reservation confirmations, billing receipts, delivery reminders). If you want to make sure these reach your inbox instead of spam, three simple steps work across every major email provider:

1. If one of our emails has already landed in your spam or junk folder, open it and click “Not Spam” / “Not Junk” / “Report not spam” — whichever your provider calls it.
2. Add both sales@boxngo.com and donot-reply@boxngo.com to your contacts or address book.
3. If you want belt-and-suspenders certainty, create a filter or rule in your email settings that marks messages from @boxngo.com as “Never send to spam” or “Always trust.”

The exact button locations vary by provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail, ProtonMail, and others all do this slightly differently), but the three actions above are universal. Your email provider’s help docs have the specifics if you need them.

Call 877-269-6461 during business hours. The phone goes to our team in Commerce, not a national call center. Outside business hours, the contact form on this page or an email to sales@boxngo.com gets a response within one business day.

Can I text you?

Texts to 323-867-9099 reach our phone system but aren’t routed to the team for response. For anything time-sensitive, call or use the contact form. For account questions, use My Account or email sales@boxngo.com.

Do you have a chat option?

Not yet. A chat option is in the works. For now, the fastest channels are phone during business hours and the contact form anytime.

I’m calling from outside the US — which number do I use?

Dial +1 323-867-9099. Our toll-free 877 number doesn’t work from most international networks. The direct line connects you to the same team.

Why isn’t your email reaching me?
