Welcome to CARE — our way of saying “here’s everything you might need from us, in one place.” The name spells out the four reasons you’re probably here: you want to talk to us, look something up, grab a tool or current deal, or learn how to do something well. Pick whichever feels right and you’ll land where you need to be.

If you’re new to Box-n-Go: we’ve been delivering storage and moving solutions across Southern California since 2006. You pack at your own pace, we pick up, store everything safely indoors at our centrally located warehouse, and bring it back on your schedule. You can learn more about us here.

Sometimes you just want to talk to a person. That’s what Contact is for. You’ll find our phone number, email, the contact form, and our address in Commerce. There’s also a dedicated Hours page with the full weekly schedule and holiday closures, plus a Feedback page for sending us suggestions when something doesn’t need an instant reply.

Already a customer? My Account takes you straight to your dashboard. Things like payment updates, address changes, and scheduling are usually faster there than on the phone — but if you’d rather talk to us, we’re happy to pick up.

Use Contact when the question is about you — your delivery, your container, your account. For general “how does this work” questions, you’ll get answers faster from one of the other areas below.

If you want to know how something works at Box-n-Go, Answers is the place. It’s the biggest part of CARE because it inherits everything that used to live in our old Help Center plus a fresh How It Works overview.

Here you’ll find the everyday FAQ covering questions that pop up across storage and moving; Policies walking through cancellation, prohibited items, and the rate guarantee (our coverage options are detailed on the Protection Plans page); Containers with all the sizes, weight limits, and dimensions side-by-side; and Access explaining exactly how it works when you need to get to your stored belongings.

Resources is the practical-tools corner of CARE. You’ll find whatever’s currently on offer — storage discounts, moving deals, seasonal promotions, bundle pricing. We update it as offers change, so it’s worth checking if you’re shopping around.

You’ll also find tools you’ll actually use. The size calculator helps you figure out which container fits your stuff. The supplies page includes a box estimator that tells you roughly how many boxes you’ll need based on what you’re packing. And loading help is for when you’d rather a professional crew handle the heavy lifting instead of doing it yourself.

Resources is for tools and offers tied to your situation. Education (right below) is for general know-how that works on any storage or moving project.

Education

Education is video-first — short, focused guides on the things that make storage and moving go smoothly instead of stressfully. You’ll find an overview and a featured video, plus four areas that walk through the customer journey: Getting Started (supplies, labeling, what not to pack), Packing (home and garage, techniques that save space), Protecting (wrapping, padding, the long-term stuff), and Loading and Retrieval (how to load a container so unloading isn’t a nightmare).

This is general guidance — it works the same whether you’re storing for two months or twenty years, moving across town or across the state. It’s also our slowest-growing area on purpose: each video takes real time to make, and we’d rather publish a few good ones than a long list of so-so ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does CARE stand for?

Contact, Answers, Resources, Education — the four areas of our customer help center. The name’s intentional. We wanted this to feel like care, not like a help desk ticket queue. The four words also happen to capture how customer questions actually split.

What happened to the old Help Center?

CARE replaced it. Old links like /help-faq/, /contact-us/, and /business-storage-hours/ all redirect to the matching CARE pages, so any bookmarks you have should still work. Nothing got lost — we just reorganized it. Some sales-related questions moved to the storage and moving service pages where they fit better, since CARE is specifically for help and reference rather than shopping.

How do I reach a human at Box-n-Go?

Call 877-269-6461 during business hours — Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside those hours, use the contact form on Contact or email sales@boxngo.com and we’ll get back to you the next business day.

Is there a chatbot on this page?

Yes, but it’s not specific to CARE — our chatbot is available everywhere on boxngo.com. It handles the common questions and can either point you to the right place or hand you off to a live agent, depending on what you’re asking.

Where do I find pricing or get a quote?

Pricing isn’t on CARE pages — it lives on the service pages. The Self-Storage and Moving pages in the About silo cover what we offer in each category, and the homepage routes you to the quote forms that ask for the details we need to give you an accurate number. We link out to those pages from CARE when it makes sense, but CARE itself stays focused on help and reference.
