“I needed a way to store my daughter’s dorm room possessions while she was home from college. One option was to travel 3000 miles, rent a car, stay overnight and help her move the items into a rented storage facility. The other option was to use Box-n-Go Storage. They dropped off a storage container so it could be packed. They picked it up and stored it for three months. They then dropped it off again so it could be emptied. Everything was on time and very efficient. I saved a significant amount of money using Box-n-Go. Additionally, the people I dealt with who work for Box-n-Go, especially Tim, were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company if you ever have a need for temporary storage.”

“I really appreciate the convenience of Box-n-Go, that was what really sold me on them versus other companies offering a similar service, well, that and they had far better prices. My old condo sold faster than anticipated, while I’m still about 2 months away from the closing date on our house. The point person I’ve worked with from Box-n-Go really made everything run smoothly, even when I needed to change the date of the drop off for the pod. “I’m a UCLA sophomore that is an out-of-state student so storing my belongings was a MUST between school years! Box-n-Go has truly been so helpful along the way with their easy online booking process and helpful phone attendants that have always picked up and helped me when needed. My FABULOUS mover Henry moved my stuff last summer and dropped my stuff off again today and he is suuuuch a superstar! When UCLA traffic workers told him he couldn’t park near me he parked very far away and hiked about a 1/4 of a mile to get all SEVEN of my boxes to me in a sound and efficient manner! They bring your boxes all the way up to your room so I did virtually none of the work!”

“Flexible, easy to contact, convenient! I would give 4 stars because, in the midst of moving season, they had forgotten to put some details into my order whilst on the phone with me. I called to double-check everything was all set a day or two prior to my order, and sorted out the issue without a problem. Their willingness to accommodate my circumstances bumped them to 5 stars in my books. Everyone I spoke to was personable and easy to work with. We got free delivery during a sale/special when I initially placed the order. Overall, an excellent experience and service.”

“One really does not expect great customer service from a moving company, but that is exactly what I got from Box-n-Go. They offered me a much lower quote for a cross-country move than any other company. The pods were smaller, but very easy to use. The staff were polite and responsive by phone and email. They showed up on time for drop off and pick up. The pod arrived on the east coast when they said it would. Our stuff arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Box-n-Go.”

“We needed to move out of our duplex, but knew we were going to be traveling for a month before moving in to our new place so wanted to put our things in storage. Initially I was going to use PODS. But their containers were so big it couldn’t fit in our driveway, so thankfully I saw these guys! I called Box-n-Go and scheduled them to deliver 3 boxes on the Thursday and pick up on the Saturday. They deliver within a 3 hour block of time, and were prompt, getting there within the first hour of the 3 hour time block. The driver set down the 3 boxes in a way that we could easily pack our things away inside. And that Saturday, they arrived to pick up the boxes. I didn’t even have to be there. At one point, I needed to get something out of one of the storage containers, so drove down to their warehouse. The unit was sitting outside waiting for me with easy access. And once in our new place, again they showed up promptly. Everything was intact and nothing was broken, or even jostled, and the next day they came to pick it back up. And bonus… because we didn’t store it for the full month we got our fee pro rated!”

“Hands down the best prices I’ve found on moving pods. I’ve been looking for a good deal on a moving pod for my daughter — she and her 3 unruly kids have been living with us for the past few weeks and I needed a place to store all their stuff before the house that they’re moving into is ready for them to move. It’s a fixer upper, I just hoped it would’ve been ready by now. The pod was delivered a few days ago and it’s been so hectic trying to get everything loaded. “Used storage here and there for the past… many years. I saw my neighbor using these guys, and I was sold on it. The ‘A’ rating on BBB sealed the deal. I am using Box-n-Go to store my old LPs and collectibles, stamps, large collation of hockey cards, some of it very rare. No point of keeping it home, can not find any one to appreciate the size of collation. But, with every year the value goes only up. Also, got all my winter gear at box-n-go, snow gear etc. The price is great and service is impeccable. Place is safe, clean and absolutely DRY. Almost ruined it at public storage.”

“I was blown off by a moving company when I was moving out of my apartment at UCLA. I was leaving for Europe the next day and the moving company that was supposed to pick up my stuff, never called or answered any of my calls and just never showed up. I called and spoke to Frank on the phone in panic because I saw one of their boxes on the side of the road. He immediately helped me and got all my information as soon as he could in order to speed up the process. This company saved my moving experience and were very helpful and kind whenever I spoke with them! “I couldn’t book online for some reason but it was on NYE so maybe it was down & no one to fix it. They did call me back 2 days later on their next business day & got everything I needed last minute. Everyone was very friendly & professional, rates are great. My only complaints are they don’t do business or drop off/pick ups on Sundays (very inconvenient!) and there is NO WAY a 1 bedroom can fit into one box. They did conveniently drop off an extra box but that means double the price for monthly storage that I was expecting plus double the price for the movers. Despite this, I would still recommend them if you have a small amount of stuff.”

Box-n-Go was very flexible and understanding in terms of both their pricing and the way we’d make a payment (we needed to use purchase orders instead of the regular check or cash payments that most people would probably use). The manager is very helpful. We secured storage at their storage facility itself and are more than happy thus far with their service! We’re appreciate the fact that they were helpful even though we’re just students. They were nice enough to even offer free delivery since we will be storing supplies for a few months at a time. They get 5 stars because the price is fair, the staff are friendly, and their access hours to their storage site is ample (most companies we researched tended to close early and/or were not open on weekends — this place is open on Saturdays, which is helpful for us).”

“I was moving my parents from one place to another but the new place was not going to be ready for a couple of weeks. My wife suggested a pod to store the stuff while they stayed at our place. I called Box-n-Go and Frank picked up and was very friendly and informative on how it works. He walked me through the entire process and made it sound easy. Sure enough, the pods arrived the next day and the driver Joe called me to ask how he should position them in front of the house. He even took pictures and texted it to me while I was at work to make sure I was ok with the way he put them in my driveway. You have up to 4 pods to be delivered, and you pay for what you use. “These movers, hands down are the most efficient and professional moving crew I’ve worked with.
