Billing
Is there a fee for accessing my containers?
Warehouse access service is provided to all Box-n-Go customers. There may be fees for access. We ask that the appointment time scheduled in advance. Next day can be scheduled on our website or over the phone by noon of the prior business day. If you are planning on emptying your storage unit, some additional fees may apply.
Can someone else pay on my behalf?
Yes, however a third party payment authorization form must be endorsed and submitted along with photo ID.
Do I need to give you notice when I move out?
When you want to schedule your container(s) to be delivered back to you for move out, please allow at least 7 to 10 business days to schedule your delivery. Certain times of the year (end of July through mid September) this notice requirements may change to 7 – 10 days due to the extreme work load. Please plan ahead accordingly. Your account must be up to date in order for the delivery request to be processed.
If you plan on picking your belongings up at the facility, we only need a 2-business days notice.
What payment options do I have?
On the day you start storing (the day of delivery) we will charge you for the delivery/pick up, first month rent and packing supplies, if you bought any. We accept cash, check, money order or credit cards (Master Card, Visa and Discover).
Can I get my storage fees billed automatically?
Of course. In fact most people do. We can set up your account for the automatic billing to a credit card of your choice. It’s simple, convenient and safe.
