The process was simple.

Drew delivered our storage pod on our driveway which was barely large enough. Drew did an awesome job without a scratch. Very good service overall.

I've used Box-n-Go twice thus far and would definitely use them again for any of my storage needs. I spoke to frank over the phone for my initial scheduling set up/questions. He was extremely friendly, able to answer all of my questions, and accommodating to my scheduling requests. Drop off and delivery of my unit went very smoothly. The estimated pickup time they gave me was from 8-9am. I was getting a litter nervous that I wasn't going to have my pod packed up on time for pick up, so I called to see if I could get a later time. The person I spoke to checked the schedule and was able to give me the approximate time of pick up (which was later than 9am) so I could get an idea of when i needed to be done. He even had the driver call me an hour before pick up to make sure I was ready to go. Great service!

I started with box-n-go over 3 years ago and frank was very helpful in initiating the process. They were punctual upon delivery of the units. At the time of pick-up to store the units, they were professional. Now that i have been able to retrieve my units, Drew was both professional and courteous --very polite and helpful. Because of some inclement weather and a busy schedule, I had to change final pickup schedule of the units and Ashley was very reassuring and accommodating.

I highly recommend them.

I spent time on the phone this morning with Ashley, and she was incredibly helpful! She was very patient and answered each question that I had, as well as helping me with adding something to my order that I had forgotten. I have been using box n go since august, and have had no problems with them! I had looked at several storage options, but Box-n-Go is definitely the most affordable, not to mention most convenient. They were very prompt in delivering the boxes and picking them up, and even more helpful when I was on the phone with them. I was paying each month myself, and they called me to help me set up the automatic payments, making my life much easier! I would highly recommend them to a friend or anyone. They make the moving process a much smoother process!!

So easy and reliable.

In the past, I rented a temporary storage space at a conventional facility. Had to pack everything in the car and make several trips to unload. Then I had to do it again in reverse. This was so much easier and it was cheaper, too. They brought the wooden box onto my driveway, gave me plenty of time to load it up right by my door and then brought it back as soon as I wanted it. I can't imagine using any other kind of storage in the future. And, everyone was courteous and helpful. Andrew who picked up and delivered went out of his way to be sure I could manage everything on my own. Great service!
