Purchasing an insurance to protect your belongings is your option. Box-n-Go provides a $250/unit limited contents protection coverage at no cost to you! Should you want to obtain an additional coverage with a greater coverage limits, we will be more than happy to offer you a greater protection limits coverage for a nominal monthly fee. Please keep in mind that many renter or homeowner policies allow the addition of self-storage to the insurance policy, often for very minimal cost, however with some higher levels of deductibles.

You can store as long as you like. We require a minimum payment of one month rent (based on a month-to month rate). We can customize a moving or storage package to your needs and offer you prepayment savings on a long term storage package.

We do charge a nominal administrative fee for each new account. It is a one time charge.  Additionally, we charge state fees, area and fuel surcharges in addition to published delivery fees. All those are detailed and published on our website. So there are no surprises. Packing supplies, locks, and optional insurance coverage’s are available at additional costs.

Do not worry! We can help you cut your padlock. A valid Government issued photo ID matching the name on the account must be provided. This service is provided for a fee which will be added to your account.

The access is restricted to customers and persons listed on the account as authorized agents. Should you want to add a new person to the list, or remove a person previously added. Please contact our customer service at 877-269-6461 and we will assist you with your needs.

If you have an urgent need to stop by our warehouse after hours, we can accommodate your request for a nominal charge, provided we have an off-duty personnel available to assist you during access.
