Box-n-Go storage is amazing.

Box-n-go storage is amazing. They take so much of the hassle out of moving or packing things up for storage- no more scouring the city for boxes, and making numerous trips back and forth to the storage facility to drop off your stuff;  they will deliver the storage pods right to your house and pick them up for you once you have them all packed up and ready to go. They even have a website that is convenient, quick, and easy to navigate. Their customer service is second to none, and the staff is friendly and punctual. They will store your items for you for as long as you need, and deliver them to their final destination on your schedule. The prices are good, and as I said, the company in general is just amazing. What a great concept for busy single parents like me!

Speedy delivery.

I called to order a storage pod to be delivered and figured I'd have to wait at least a week or two, but they were able to deliver an empty pod the next day! I was going to be moving (job offer dictated a quick move) and they were able to get a pod out to me fast and they even picked it up the day that I called for pickup. Their service is fast, glad I gave them a call and got everything packed and ready for my new apartment.

Quick pod delivery.

I called here to get a pod for my stuff - I was moving out and needed to get everything packed and secured in a hurry. I didn't want to have a lot of hassles and this way, by using a pod, I don't have to do a lot of loading and unloading. The customer service girl coordinated with me to get the pod delivered on time and when I called for a pickup, they sent someone out early the next day. Very convenient and well worth it, for me.

I really appreciate the convenience of Box-n-Go, that was what really sold me on them versus other companies offering a similar service, well, that and they had far better prices. My old condo sold faster than anticipated, while I'm still about 2 months away from the closing date on our house. The point person I've worked with from Box-n-Go really made everything run smoothly, even when I needed to change the date of the drop off for the pod. I love how great people have been to work with, and I'm looking forward to being able to start the unpacking process soon - only 2 more weeks until the closing date.

Hands down the best prices.

Hands down the best prices I've found on moving pods. I've been looking for a good deal on a moving pod for my daughter - she and her 3 unruly kids have been living with us for the past few weeks and I needed a place to store all their stuff before the house that they're moving into is ready for them to move. It's a fixer upper, I just hoped it would've been ready by now. The pod was delivered a few days ago and it's been so hectic trying to get everything loaded. The staff was easy to work with and had a pod dropped off 3 days after I called.

Very nice to deal with.

I think we were with Box-n-Go Storage for probably 2 years, maybe longer than that. They have a very clean facility, and they are always very courteous and willing to accommodate us. Sometimes we would not be able to call them and give enough notice that we would need to get a box, but they were always willing to do it. It is a very nice company to deal with.

I used Box-n-go in April 2008 when I lived around USC (downtown LA) and their service was simple, easy and pain free. The delivery person dropped off the box in the specified time window and he was nice enough to drop it off right in front of the main entrance of my apartment, which made all the difference since I was packing everything by myself. Then, I decided to use them again last week to move my stuff after I got laid-off. This time, I lucked out and sold my furniture to a couple who decided to sublease my apartment yesterday. In all the madness of packing and leaving a lot of stuff behind, I forgot to call and cancel the appointment for Box-n-Go because I was able to fit all my stuff in my car. Today, the Box-n-Go person called when he arrived at my old apartment. I told him that I had forgotten to cancel and he wished me good luck and carried on. A little while later, I got a text message from my credit card company that I had been charged for the delivery charges. Understandably, I incurred a delivery charge because I had forgotten to cancel my appointment. But, I called their toll-free number, spoke with Stan and he offered to cut the charge in half. When I explained how I had lost my job and offered to send him a copy of my layoff letter, he waived the entire charge!! I am pleasantly surprised - sure, it may not be a lot of money to some people, but $85 is a big deal to someone who was laid off 3 days ago and is crashing on his friend's couches. I am really appreciative of this gesture. I would recommend Box-n-Go to my friends and I hope this business continues to do well for a long time to come.

I chose Box-n-Go because of the pricing. I ended up keeping my stuff in storage for 3 years. The customer service was great, everyone was very helpful all the time. I was concerned about what kind of condition my stuff would be in after 3 years. I was happily surprised to find my stuff in great condition. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my stuff.

Best Storage Service ever!

It has been so easy and convenient working with Box 'n Go. They were so accommodating with our needs when we were moving from San Diego. I've formed a great relationship with Stan... who is definitely the man! He's been extremely helpful in the year that I've had storage with them. They're super prompt and are eager to help in every way. They are true professionals. I recommend them to everyone in need of storage.
