I found Box N Go through Yelp about 2 years ago when I had a last minute move to pack my belongings in LA while I was living out of state. Freddy was the person I made the arrangements with and when I flew into town everything was squared away. The Box was delivered and picked up on time. No issues. I really packed the box from top to bottom which held up extremely well. For those who are interested in moving containers I highly suggest giving this company a try. They're very customer service oriented and that's important in finding quality businesses.

What an incredible storage experience!

Box-n-Go has super secure, weatherproof storage and an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. We were supported in packing our moving truck as we transferred items from the units we rented. Low prices meet superior service at Box-n-Go. I highly recommend this place for your next storage needs in LA.

These guys are the real deal.

Box-n-Go has excellent customer service - always very friendly, helpful, and reliable. The service is incredibly convenient. They drop the pod off right in front of your house or apartment, pick it up, and drop it by anytime you need it (for a fee) or you can go to them to get stuff out of your pod. They are very knowledgeable about city parking and where the best place is to drop the pod. You can also buy a lock from them. I've never had any issues and I've been using them for 2 years. I highly recommend Box-n-Go. Special shout out to Freddy who is always so courteous on the phone and also Drew - very cool guy that dropped off my pod.

This is an awesome storage company!

They are very flexible and willing to work with students. This company has been a very valuable resource to the club I am in at UCLA. Frank Rodriguez was extremely helpful and promptly replied to all my questions. I also love how they are open on weekends because many companies are not. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for quick and easy storage space in the LA area, where space is limited, as we all know.

I had to move the contents of my guest house into STORAGE at a friends house and then move it again with short notice. I called box and go and two days later all of my stuff was in a little wooden box and whisked away to the wilds of City of Commerce. I think that the concept is good but more importantly the staff is great! Friendly and super flexible the great team made it easy for me to get all of my stuff out of sight and out of my mind. I actually just got off the phone and scheduled the return of my much missed stuff. Short notice and they made it happen. Box-n-Go is the best!!

Box-n-Go was very flexible.

We're a campus group from UCLA that needed storage. Box-N-Go was very flexible and understanding in terms of both their pricing and the way we'd make a payment (we needed to use purchase orders instead of the regular check or cash payments that most people would probably use). The manager is very helpful. We secured storage at their storage facility itself and are more than happy thus far with their service! We're appreciate the fact that they were helpful even though we're just students. They were nice enough to even offer free delivery since we will be storing supplies for a few months at a time. Overall, they get 5 stars because the price is fair, the staff are friendly, and their access hours to their storage site is ample (most companies we researched tended to close early and/or were not open on weekends--this place is open on Saturdays, which is helpful for us).
