Most of my stuff does not even need to go home for the summer. I’ve seen the Box-n-Go storage containers all over campus but I never wanted to rent one. I thought that it would be a long and expensive process. But it’s not. Box-n-Go is a very easy service to use. It was not hard at all to make a reservation for a storage container to be dropped off on campus. and the price was not bad either, especially if you share a box with some friends, because they are very spacious! Tip for college students using this service: you probably won’t need a whole container to yourself, so share with friends, split the cost, and that will make the service that much cheaper!”

“As good as it gets! Hi, we needed a storage box delivered and had reserved one online for a Sunday drop-off at another company who called on that Sunday and couldn’t drop it off until Monday. Desperate for a box ASAP, I frantically called around but no one could do it last minute like this – until I called Box-n-Go – geeemany. The girl who answered, (Ashley?), went above and beyond. She tracked down her driver, had him pick up a box early from another customer, etc. I had it in my driveway THAT SAME SUNDAY in less than an hour!!! How many employees would go out of their way like this?? It’s unheard of these days. But she cared about my problem and her job and made it work for everyone’s well being. And the contract she faxed over was simple and not full of sneaky legalese and padded fees. Drew, the driver, brought it over after he was supposed to be done for the day – but agreed to do this one extra job though I’m sure he was exhausted from a long day but still took the time to explain how to use the box, gave advice on the best place to put it and truly cared about doing a good job. A real nice guy. I decided to tip him $20 and he was shocked as though no one ever tips and was so appreciative. The only negative was the size of the box which I wish there were bigger sizes to choose from but you can just order 2 or 3 instead of putting everything all in one big container which keeps items from different rooms or floors separated for better organization. But if you have large couches and lots of big items, it may not all fit in one of these boxes. Something to consider when deciding between one of these smaller box organizations versus a company with the 12-20 ft options available. But if you go with this size,I recommend this company – the customer service truly is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!”

The only bummer is that you have to pay separately for storage and pick up– make sure to ask them about promotions though, they will work with you to get the best price. Helpful tip that I learned after I took everything out of storage: Box-n-Go offers drop off service where their delivery guys can stay there and wait for you to unload. It’s super helpful especially when you live in Santa Monica and the over-sized parking permits come out to almost $150!! They also have moving guys they partner with who can meet the delivery truck and move everything for you!!”

“This was the most super convenient storage situation I’ve ever had. Easy ordering online, very responsive when I called to speak to a live person, they were on time, friendly, and personable the whole way through. I ordered two pods they put out on the street and I took 5 days to load everything into them. I ordered extra supplies and boxes (all came just as ordered). This is the perfect way to systematically organize your move. When I saw a few pods out and about randomly, I thought what a great idea! The expense of renting a truck to get everything into storage was gonna be a bummer and you know how your friends with trucks magically disappear when it comes to moving? Box-n-Go eliminates all of that! I can’t say enough good things about Box-n-Go as a company. If you’ve ever dealt with any other storage facilities you know there are fees for this and that and everything in between. But Box-n-Go’s prices never went up on me and they always called me when my units were a few days away from accruing a late fee if I forgot to make a payment. Other storage facilities are stuck on policies and make you feel like they’re doing you a favor by having the facility there that YOU pay for, that doesn’t feel like I’m a customer. At Box-n-Go, Frank knew who I was every time I called, looked into my account, and always looked out and took care of me like he was my brother. The only recommendation I have is to get another storage location in North Los Angeles…i.e. The Valley!”

Frank went out of his way to make sure he was able to make arrangements for me and take care of my moving needs although they were fully booked the weekend I needed them. I used them a year ago as well and they really try to take care of you. My overall experience with them for the first move – from the guys making the arrangements to the drivers and movers that worked with me – were excellent. Joe, their driver, was also so helpful and these are overall good people to work with. They are reliable and offer excellent service. They came and loaded my things, stored it, then brought it back a month later once I was ready to move into the new home. The only downside was that the boxes can’t be picked up same day and so you have to leave them overnight and for a community that doesn’t allow overnight street parking or storing of containers (like mine), that can be tough. I will definitely be using them again for my next move.”

“Super convenient!! For the last twenty or so years my grandmothers garage was the storage for pretty much everyone in the family. Cousins, uncles, aunts, grand-kids, you name it everyone had something in there. Well out of nowhere she decided to let my aunt have the house which def meant modern renovations because you can imagine how old everything was after twenty years and no tlc. Well with that said, my aunt was very adamant about everyone getting their stuff out the garage so it could b renovated. Which is understandable but she only gave us two weeks!!! I want my things. Were talking years of book collections and all sorts of treasures. I did some research and came across Box-n-Go and figured it was absolutely perfect for this situation. I told everyone about it and said whoever wanted to pitch in can put their stuff n there. So we were able to divide the fees between four people! I called and Freddie took awesome care of me. He got three boxes out to my grandmas house and we had almost a week to sort through our junk and get it in there before they come picked it up. I was even able to add the family members to the list of authorized users so that they could go access the storage without me being there. Fast forward to this week where we decided to get our stuff out after almost a year of sharing the fees, Freddie made it real convenient to get our stuff back to us. Our boxes will b delivered on Saturday and we have until Monday to empty the containers. Freddie gave excellent customer service and I had a great and very easy experience. I checked out several places but was concerned by all the negative reviews on Yelp. Then from Yelp, I found Box-n-Go. They live up to the positive reviews! The person I talked with (Frank) made everything happen and arranged the drop off for a time when there was street cleaning, so there wouldn’t be a problem with finding space for the container. The movers they contracted with were also fantastic and managed to fit almost everything into the container by rearranging several times. A client of mine had used them for her cross-country move, and was very pleased with their service. Since I was also about to move cross-country, I decided to hire them as well. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I mainly worked with Frank, who provided fabulous service. He patiently answered all my questions, and what’s more important, followed through. First, I ordered a storage container (‘pod’), which was delivered as planned. I was selling my house, so first used it to store some extra furniture, etc., from my home. In the meantime, I started packing. Frank called every couple of weeks to see how I was doing and if I needed anything, such as moving supplies. When we booked a date for the pod to be picked up and shipped to my new home, I expressed my concerns at packing the pod on my own. Frank had the answer! He hooked me up with an affiliate company who came by on pick-up day and put all of my boxes (about 25) in the pod to make sure they were packed securely so they wouldn’t shift during the trip. They did an amazing job! Then, almost like clock-work, as soon as my pod was packed, the truck was there to pick it up. Of course Frank called that afternoon to make sure everything had worked out. The pod was shipped from their warehouse the next day, arrived safe and sound in my new city about a week later, and was delivered to my doorstep. Nothing was missing or broken. Frank of course followed up to make sure I had received it in a timely fashion. What a brilliant way to pack and move, especially since I didn’t have enough items to fill a truck, and this way there was no chance of anything getting lost. The delivery person dropped off the box in the specified time window and he was nice enough to drop it off right in front of the main entrance of my apartment, which made all the difference since I was packing everything by myself. Then, I decided to use them again last week to move my stuff after I got laid-off. This time, I lucked out and sold my furniture to a couple who decided to sublease my apartment yesterday.
