I tried Box-n-Go based on another USC parent since the previous storage place we used was questionable. Box-n-Go made the process of moving, boxing and storing extremely easy. Considering that i was late in making the reservation during probably the busiest time of the year (college move out weekend) box n go accommodated our request. They were professional, informative and timely. Thank you for making the move so smooth!

My daughter has been doing business with Box-n-Go for three years.

Every year she must place her personal items in storage over the summer school break. The service provided is affordable and reliable. Frank is a good listener and makes great moving suggestion saving the client money and time. This year frank coordinated an unusual move and request for my daughter. Frank as always made it happen smoothly. Helping Hands is a great service also, especially if the move requires going up and down stairs. My daughter has never experienced any damage to her possessions when items were in storage or when helping hands assisted with the move. Great service. Although the [old] website was a little finicky they were quick to follow up and answer any questions I had. Above and beyond customer service from Frank and Andrew who somehow managed to position my box perfectly despite being on top of a ridiculously steep hill. Highly recommend!

Super easy!

Super easy to work with and extremely convenient. Just schedule a date for them to drop off your box, pack all your stuff in there, and they pick it up. No u-haul trucks necessary. I needed to access my box during storage so I called ahead to tell them I was coming and they had my box sitting right in front of the office when I got there, really easy, no fees! Frank helped me with any problems I had and I would definitely use this service again if I ever need storage.

I used Box-n-Go for the first time 5 weeks ago and was very satisfied with their work. The pods were delivered to my previous and new home on time. Both the delivery and pick-up men were courteous and respectful. My belongings were in good shape when I unpacked. I would recommend their services to anyone.

As good as it gets!

Hi, we needed a storage box delivered and had reserved one online for a Sunday drop-off at another company who called on that Sunday and couldn't drop it off until Monday. Desperate for a box ASAP, I frantically called around but no one could do it last minute like this - until I called Box-n-Go - geeemany. The girl who answered, (Ashley?), went above and beyond. She tracked down her driver, had him pick up a box early from another customer, etc. I had it in my driveway THAT SAME SUNDAY in less than an hour!!! How many employees would go out of their way like this?? It's unheard of these days. But she cared about my problem and her job and made it work for everyone's well being. And the contract she faxed over was simple and not full of sneaky legalese and padded fees. Drew, the driver, brought it over after he was supposed to be done for the day - but agreed to do this one extra job though I'm sure he was exhausted from a long day but still took the time to explain how to use the box, gave advice on the best place to put it and truly cared about doing a good job. A real nice guy. I decided to tip him $20 and he was shocked as though no one ever tips and was so appreciative. The only negative was the size of the box which I wish there were bigger sizes to choose from but you can just order 2 or 3 instead of putting everything all in one big container which keeps items from different rooms or floors separated for better organization. But if you have large couches and lots of big items, it may not all fit in one of these boxes. Something to consider when deciding between one of these smaller box organizations versus a company with the 12-20 ft options available. But if you go with this size,I recommend this company - the customer service truly is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!
