Love using Box-n-Go, it is the most efficient way of moving, and I've done it every year since I've been in college! They also have a service to move your stuff, which makes it so fast! I would HIGHLY recommend them. Freddie helped me over the phone with my order and was beyond helpful trying to help me with figuring out how many boxes I needed to order. Customer Service is 5 stars!

I have used box n go a few times and every time it has gone without any issues. Ashley was so helpful and understanding when working with my daughter's tough college and swimming schedule and making it a no stress situation. Everyone I have talked to on the phone is very re-assuring. It is a great business and so helpful for the college students away from home.

Just booked Box N Go over the phone with Frank. He was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. I absolutely hate moving and this makes it so much easier. I will have my stuff in storage for four months while I travel and trust it will be safe with box n go.

Box-n-Go is the best.

We kept our apartments in storage for 9 months while we traveled and everything was in perfect condition after we got it back. Ashley in the front office is awesome and super accommodating. The price is great compared to other storage facilities, trust me, we looked. The only bummer is that you have to pay separately for storage and pick up-- make sure to ask them about promotions though, they will work with you to get the best price. Helpful tip that I learned after I took everything out of storage: Box-n-Go offers drop off service where their delivery guys can stay there and wait for you to unload. It's super helpful especially when you live in Santa Monica and the over-sized parking permits come out to almost $150!! They also have moving guys they partner with who can meet the delivery truck and move everything for you!!

I spoke to Frank and he was able to set everything up in a matter of 5 minutes. The price is extremely reasonable considering the wonderful service! HIGHLY RECOMEND!! They were able to pick up my stuff the day after I called!

I got Box-n-Go for when I travel abroad this summer.

I wanted something I could have outside of my apartment and pack up and be taken away without me having to have a car. This is perfect! Also if you are a UCLA student there is an awesome discount that gets rid of your delivery fee! Definitely worth it! I then had a question and the man Frank I talked to was great! Very helpful, definitely recommend for students who need to store things while left without housing!

The drivers and all the people I spoke with at the office have been helpful and accommodating. No surprises. We'll give another report when we call them for more boxes and for shipping service out of state.
