Will I get a response to my feedback?

Yes, we respond to every submission. Some responses are quick; others take time because we want to investigate what happened, talk to the team member involved, and come back with something useful rather than a generic reply. If we haven’t responded within a week, follow up by phone.

Is my feedback anonymous?

No. The form asks for your name and email at the end so we can follow up. We use that information only to respond to your feedback — we don’t add you to marketing lists or share it.

Can I leave a public review somewhere?

Yes. We have profiles on Google, Yelp, and the BBB. Public reviews help future customers; private feedback through this form helps us improve internally. Both are useful.

What happens if I had a bad experience?

A member of our management team reviews it. Depending on what went wrong, we may follow up with the team member involved, adjust how we handle similar situations going forward, or offer a remedy if one’s appropriate. We can’t undo what already happened, but we can take it seriously and learn from it.
